Silver Vase, on a gilded background are four dancing girls in floral
arches with flowers, small animals, and birds, and above the joining
arches, two boy musicians and two boy dancer. At the base are two
masks with small spouts; on the bottom a simurgh. the neck is ribbed
horizontally to the everted lip Kalardasht Sasanian 6th C Pottery bowl, red body with yellowish transparent glaze over cream slip, painted with green and brown triangles with incised scrollwork designs. two sketchily drawn duck head on opposite sides. pseudo Kufic inscription in the center. Flat foot Gorgan 11th C. Turquoise Pottery bottle, Long thin neck ends in cu[ mout. Decorated with raised, hollow, pierced gold excrescences; three on collar six on shoulder, and six on sides; relief gold arabesques and flat, black patterning all within red guidelines. Low ring foot Gorgan, Seljuk Early 13th C. |
