Archeological Museum, Tehran-Iran Safavid 1600 C. 698- Miniature from a Nizami Manuscript; Shows Majnun and Layla, in a dead faint and is from the same manuscript as nos. 696 and 699. The fine, pale gray seme ground, Layla on the right, wears and ermine-lined, gray costume under a golden cloak; Majnun, is in a fine blue robe. Rose water is being sprinkled on the lady. Iran Teimurid Middle of 15th C. 700- Miniature Painting; Old Man and Boy; Drawing in black and red inks touched with deep and light blue of an old bearded man and a young boy in a landscape. Signed by Reza Abbasi. Isfahan-Iran, Safavid Early 17th C. 696- Miniature From a Nizami Manuscript; Shows Khosrow before Shirin's Garden Palace Pavilion. Khosrow is mounted on Shabdiz at the right. Shirin with two maidens. looks down from the balcony on the left. There is a gold background. A green minaret rises to the edge of the page above the margins Shiran-Iran Tehimurid Middle of 15th C. 720- Water color Portrait of a Bearded Official in Court Attire; A middle aged man in a patterned garment of salmon color worn over a blue robe, fastened with jeweled clips.
